According to the city’s Department of Tourism, international tourist arrivals to Da Nang over recent years have increased stably. Their information will then be taken by the Da Nang Public Service Portal, which will forward it to the relevant agency, according to city authorities. Da Nang leads the way in Vietnam in improving its public services. Once the appointment is confirmed people must then visit the Center for Public Service Information to receive a confirmation slip to present to the agency.
