The Bayview-Bloor exit ramps are closed northbound and southbound on the Don Valley Parkway following a collision Thursday morning that resulted in a vehicle rollover, Toronto police say. Two vehicles were involved in the incident that happened around 5:30 a.m. One, a white pickup truck, has been “demolished,” said Const. The other, a black car, was being driven by a person who has since been arrested for impaired driving, Stibbe said. Paramedics have taken three patients to hospital, two with minor injuries and one with more serious injuries. Traffic on the DVP heading downtown will be heavily delayed, Stibbe warned.
