Akthar Hossain, newly elected social affairs secretary of DUCSU, accompanied Nur as they left Dhaka University campus. Both of them were the elected leaders from two independent panels for the DUCSU polls. BCL President Rezwanul Haque Chowdhury Shovon accompanied General Secretary-elect Golam Rabbani and Assistant General Secretary-elect Saddam Hossain. Nur and Rabbani exchanged a hug after reaching the Ganabhaban, said Reazul Bashar, Prime Minister's Office Correspondent of bdnews24.com. There are a total of 259 student leaders, 234 from hall committees and 25 from DUCSU, met Hasina at Ganabhaban.
