He also said there is no possibility of re-running the Dhaka University Central Students' Union (Ducsu) election, echoing similar sentiments to those he expressed on Tuesday. “The Ducsu election was held as per rules and regulations. It is not possible to re-run the election,” he said on Tuesday. Around 150 protesters gathered in front of the VC's office, while a few of them submitted a memorandum bearing their demands to the VC. Bangladesh Chhatra League General Secretary Golam Rabbani won the post of general secretary of Ducsu, and Saddam Hussain won the post of assistant general secretary post.
