An employee of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) was arrested by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Authority (PDEA) during a buy-bust operation in Biliran, the anti-drug agency said on Monday. According to the report of PDEA, Dave Juntilla, 36, is also considered as a high value target of the authorities. ADVERTISEMENTReport showed that Juntilla was nabbed during the operation in Barangay Matanggo, Biliran last September 17. Seized from the suspect were five sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated amount of P1,360. Charges will be filed against Juntilla for violating Section 5 (Sale, Trading, Administration, Dispensation, Delivery, Distribution and Transportation of Dangerous Drugs and/or Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals) and Section 11 (Possession), Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act.
