PHOTO | EVANS HABILThe Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Keriako Tobiko was on Thursday given more time to review a case in which a British national is charged with being in possession of firearm without certificate. Mr Richard Alden, 53 who is also facing another case of murdering his girlfriend at his Karen house in Nairobi county, has denied the charges of illegal possession of firearm. The High Court was told that the family of the deceased have petitioned the DPP to allow an out of court settlement in the case that is due for hearing on March 1. For the murder case, Lady Justice Jessie Lesiit granted the accused a bond of Sh 2 million with two Kenyan sureties.
