Ruto will meet Chinese government officials, among them Vice President Li Yuanchao. Kenya and China signed deals worth Sh505 billion. This is the second high-level government visit to China after President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tour in 2013. Ruto is scheduled to tour several state institutions, where he will witness the signing of agreements between Kenya and China. Deputy President William Ruto left the country yesterday morning for an official visit to China.
