MANILA, Philippines — A total of 17 airport projects have been completed under the first half of President Rodrigo Duterte’s term, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said on Tuesday. These are the Lai-Lo International Airport in Cagayan and the Bohol-Panglao International Airport, which is considered to be the country’s first eco-airport.
