DOJ issues lookout order for Kapa, ALAMCCO execs


MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) has issued an Immigration Lookout Bulletin Order (ILBO) against eight incorporators and eight officers of KAPA Community Ministry International Inc. and three officers of Alabel-Maasim Credit Cooperative (ALAMCCO). It also includes Kapa officers are Apolinario, Reyna L. Apolinario, Modie S. Dagala, Benigno D. Tipan Jr., Marnilyn M. Maturan, Ricky A. Taer, Joji A. Tusay and Margie A. Danao. ADVERTISEMENTMeanwhile, the ALAMCCO officers covered by the ILBO are Jerson A. Cagang, chairman; Cynthia A. Gomeri, Corporate Secretary and Ailene D. Mancoa, Chief Finance Officer. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) flagged down Kapa and ALAMCCO for soliciting investments with an offer of a monthly payout. But a person that is the subject an ILBO must seek an Allow Departure Order (ADO) from the DOJ chief itself to be allowed to leave.
