TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte — A radiologist of a research center run by the Department of Health in Leyte was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in Eastern Visayas in Barangay Masbaras, Tacloban City, last Sunday. He was arrested with trisikad driver Randy Borja, 25, a resident of District 1, Poblacion Jaro town, Leyte. ADVERTISEMENTThe two were detained at the PDEA detention facility here to face charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Edgar T. Jubay, PDEA-8 director, said two sachets of shabu worth P4,000 and two P500 bills used in the buy bust were recovered from Obillo, considered a high value target. After he handed P1,000 worth of shabu, the PDEA agents arrested Obillo and Borja.
