Share TweetBy Analou De VeraThe Department of Health (DOH) has launched a new campaign called “Revolution Smoke-Free” which aims at encouraging workplaces in the country to be free from tobacco-smoke. The campaign urges the private sector to commit to smoke-free workplaces and encourages their employees to quit smoking to reduce cases of tobacco-related diseases. Those who had shown measurable outputs in establishing a smoke-free workplace will be recognized jointly by the DOH and PEZA. Meanwhile, the health department also re-launched its smoking cessation program called ‘“mReady2Quit!” that is accessible through Facebook messenger application.
