The DMP posted the directives, on Tuesday, on their official Facebook page, stating that these instructions were issued after thorough discussions with the Dhaka University administration and organizations concerned. Public access to the Central Shaheed Minar premises will be restricted from 8pm on February 20 to the early hours of February 21. The Dhaka University Gymnasium grounds will be used as a parking lot for VIPs. Visitors will be required to follow directives broadcast by the Dhaka University administration over loudspeakers at the Central Shaheed Minar.
