MANILA, Philippines — The De La Salle University is offering free mental health counseling services to students, frontliners and those infected with COVID-19, as well as patients under investigation (PUIs) and persons under monitoring (PUMs) in view of the month-long enhanced community quarantine. The services are open to frontline health providers, caregivers, hospital staff, volunteers, COVID-19 patients, PUIs, PUMs and members of the La Sallian community experiencing mental health issues.
