DILG urges consumers to use Kadiwa storesVendors displayed locally produced agricultural goods, artworks by local artists, and recycled products at stalls during the ongoing Agri-Tourism Trade Fair in Bani, Pangasinan on February 2, 2026. The DILG said there are Kadiwa store outlets in 784 localities to provide people with direct access to low-cost food and essential goods. The DILG urged local governments to identify and secure Kadiwa sites so the public can have sustained access to fresh and affordable products. Among the basic goods available in Kadiwa stores are vegetables, fruits, processed food, ready-to-eat meals and non-food items at cheaper prices. The DILG hosts a Kadiwa market at its central office in Quezon City.
