DGDA: Refrain from rampant use of antibiotics for coronavirus treatment

DGDA Director General (DG) Maj Gen Md Mahbubur Rahman made the urge at a press conference in Dhaka on Monday morning. At the press conference, Delta Pharma Ltd announced that it has provided 300,000 necessary medicines (tablets) to treat Covid-19 patients. The director general said 100,000 tablets can be used for 20,000 coronavirus affected patients. The fast spreading coronavirus has claimed more than 14,700 lives and infected over 341,000 people across the world, according to Worldometer.
