Thousands of flowers, balloons, homemade statues and candles continue to pile up outside the home of the Lakers. At the Staples Center, massive cardboard posters have been thrown up for people to sign. Looking at the crowd gathered at the Staples Center, many appeared to be in shock. I spotted one well-dressed man crossing the street, his eyes were filled with tears and the pain on his face was palpable. At one point, the great Shaquille O’Neill made an appearance outside his restaurant, Shaquille’s, next to the Staple’s Center.
