For sale of about 18,000 newly-built flats in Delhi's Vasant Kunj and Narela residential areas, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has extended the online application deadline by another month. In a new notification, the authority has informed that the DDA Housing Scheme 2019 that was to close by May 10 will now end on June 10. Under the housing scheme, DDA has put 17,922 flats on HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS flats on sale for which you can apply only through the online mode. Application forms can be accessed online on websites of 13 empanelled banks including the State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, IDBI Bank, Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc. To apply you need to pay a refundable deposit of ₹25,000 for EWS flats, ₹1 lakh for LIG and ₹2 lakh for MIG and HIG flats.
