more-inAfter busting a trafficking racket by a placement agency in east Delhi on November 17, the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) on Wednesday said it had rescued two girls from Haryana. The DCW said officials came across document that led them to the girls during a raid on the placement agency’s office. “During the raid, certain documents were collected by the police with names and addresses of the children employed through the placement agency,” the DCW said. “The girls were brought to Delhi and placed in different homes as domestic help by the same agency. Immediate steps should be taken by the police to ensure the girls are rescued.”
