KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is revamping the criteria on eligibility to reserve council parking bays in the city. Initially, there were about 40,000 council parking bays with 3,000 reserved before DBKL instructed parking manager Vista Summerose Sdn Bhd to suspend the renewal and new application for parking bays for rent, late last year.As a result, more than 2,000 parking bays were released back to the public.
