He made the statement at a press briefing on Sunday at Dhaka Metropolitan Police media centre. Abdul Baten said that the muggers had fled to Mirpur after Tarina’s death.They had recently been preparing to mug in a different area of Dhaka. The police caught them in the act on Saturday night at Mugda. Tarina Begum Lipi, 38, died on February 29 after falling off a rickshaw when the muggers tried to snatch her hand bag at Mugda in Dhaka.
