The victim is Altaf Hossain, a cleaner of the capital’s Civil Aviation School And College. DB rescued him and arrested the two in a drive conducted at a hotel in the vicinity of Cinema Hall Road of Habiganj town. One of the arrested, Monirul, became friends with Altaf, selling cold drinks in front of the school Altaf worked at, said ASP Shoilen. Instead, he took him to Habiganj, threatening to take his life, Shoilen continued. With the help of technology DB police tracked the kidnappers and managed to recuse him, Shoilen added.
