Building a story and setting around one of D&D's oldest and most famous adventures provided a challenge for Chris Perkins and the rest of the D&D team. The original module called Tomb of Horrors was where you sent characters to die and Tomb of Annihilation sounds as though it can be just as punishing should you choose the new "meat-grinder mode." At the Dungeons and Dragons' event Stream of Annihilation I spoke with Chris Perkins about what we can expect and if we can even survive his latest story.
