About 70% of properties will be run by Cygnett and rest will be operated on the franchisee model. Besides, luring business and leisure tourists, Cygnett Hotels will also target pilgrimage tourism. Cygnett Hotels does not invest in properties but provides management support and technology. We are looking at popularising Cygnett as a brand in overseas market by operating the properties on franchise model,” he said.
