Police say emergency services were called to the crash, on the corner of High St and William Street, at 7.30am. St John spokesperson Gerard Campbell said the cyclist is seriously injured and has been taken to Dunedin Hospital by ambulance. Police remain at the scene and the Serious Crash Unit has been advised.
