Andrew Cuomo warned on Wednesday that New York City’s struggling restaurants and bars may need to close down this fall when temperatures drop as a high number of coronavirus violations make it unlikely indoor dining will start up anytime soon. Though the rest of New York has reopened indoor dining, city residents continue to enjoy food and drinks from sidewalks and parking spaces converted into restaurants. The approximate number of bars that have had their liquor licenses suspended over Covid-19 violations, according to Cuomo.
