MONROVIA – The Movement for One Liberia (MOL) over the weekend celebrated its first anniversary under the MacDella Cooper, who has been championing the rights of women and women’s involvement in national politics. “I hope this is a small example of power of women and impact they can make in our politics,” he said. Cummings called for the encouragement of women and the support for affirmative action to close the inequality gap that currently exists. He added, “As opposition leaders, we must also strive to build good relationships with other members of the larger opposition bloc. I strived to do so during my Chairmanship of the CPP and will continue to do so as Political leader of the ANC.
