Bob Casey (D-PA) from Likely Democratic to Leans Democratic. The single electoral vote in Maine’s 2nd Congressional District goes from Leans Republican to Likely Republican. The states of Alaska, Iowa, and Ohio move from Likely Republican to Safe Republican. But, despite making multiple moves in the Trumpward direction, the key takeaway is that the toss-up states remain tossups, making the outcome unpredictable.
