(Garrett Barry/CBC)Crown attorneys will appeal the court decisions that led to the acquittal of an accused drunk driver in central Newfoundland. The Crown pledged to appeal those decisions to Newfoundland and Labrador's Court of Appeal. Police alleged Villeneuve was drunk when his car collided with an oncoming SUV at around 4 a.m. that day.
