(TERRY LEAVITT PHOTO)CONWAY — The proposed three-year teacher contract dominated the bulk of the discussion at annual Conway School District Meeting on Wednesday night. The contract is being recommended by the Conway School Board 7-0, but also is the lone article not recommended by the municipal budget committee (9-4-2). "If you have a three-year contract, the school board is really only under pressure one year out of three to reduce staff." Budget committee member Jim LeFebvre said he was looking out for the taxpayer in his vote against the contract. There was one amendment on the evening, brought forward by budget committee member Pat Kittle, who increased Article No.
