more-inMumbai: Mother India’s Crochet Queens (MICQ) will attempt a Guinness World Record for the ‘Largest display of crochet sculptures’, close on then heels of winning the record for the longest crocheted scarf (14.09 km) last month. The crochet queens want to make sculptures based the theme, ‘Go Green, Save Earth’. “In 2014, the UK had created this record with 13,348 sculptures. We would like to break this record,” says Subashri Natarajan, MICQ president. Ms. Natarajan says, for the current Guinness attempt, the team will be making the largest collection of crocheted 3D sculptures.
