Critical experiments are bound to shape education

Parents of students in secondary schools were yesterday complaining about the burden of purchasing new set books for their children. Hybrid boarding schools is also another area of concern for teachers, parents and students of the selected schools. The government has already allocated about Sh25 billion for the free secondary school education for the next six months to June. The announcement by President Uhuru Kenyatta to enrol all secondary school students into the NHIF programme is also under scrutiny.
