Former President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is flying back to the City of Buenos Aires from Santa Cruz Province this evening to celebrate the birthday of her former friend and ally, the late Hugo Chávez. The former Venezuelan president died in 2013 and would have turned 62 today.
