A 34-year-old man, involved in over 400 cases of auto thefts for almost a decade, was arrested by the East district police. Twelve stolen motorcycles and two master keys were recovered from Imran. According to the police, on April 6, an input was received that he would be coming to Ghazipur area on a stolen motorcycle. Imran told the police that he would generally target vehicles outside the banks and the commercial places.
