A Colombian smuggler was caught trying to conceal half a kilo of cocaine beneath his wig at Barcelona airport today. Spanish police were drawn to the man who had a precarious toupee on the top of his head and looked nervous as he got off a flight from Bogota. Photos showed how the large quantity of illicit powder had kept his toupee propped up conspicuously. The statement enclosed a photo of a middle-aged man - still wearing the toupee though with his eyes blocked in the image - but gave no more details of his identity. Over 100 kilos of cocaine were seized by Spanish police at the Barcelona-El Prat airport in 2018.
