Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Zakir Hossain Tipu recorded the charges against Sunny on Sunday. Sunny, who stands accused of assaulting his second wife for dowry, did not appear for the court hearing. Sunny was arrested in January after Nasrin sued him in a case under the Information and Communication Technology or ICT Act.
