SportWest Indies 'A' thrashed Sri Lanka 'A' by 109 runs in the second Unofficial ODI played at the Welagedara Stadium in Kurunegala on Thursday (27) to clinch the series 2-0 with a game remaining. West Indies 'A' electing to bat piled up 347-9 with openers Kyle Hope and Chadwick Walton putting on 111 for the first wicket. Allrounder Rovman Powell hit a cameo knock of 52 facing just 22 ball while hitting two fours and six sixes. Powell returned to pick three scalps while Ronsford Beaton and Kyle Mayers claimed two wickets each. The final Unofficial ODI will be played on Sunday (30) at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo.
