The Royal Crematorium at Bangkok’s Sanam Luang remains open until November 30 from 7am to 10pm. Visitors are still able to walk around the outside of the Crematorium and nearby areas and to take photos. Prior to entering the sprawling site, visitors are required to go through a security checkpoint. Visitors are being led to the site in groups of 300 people and are allowed 45-60 minutes inside the Crematorium. Prayut said the government would consider extending public access to the Crematorium beyond the end of November, particularly if strong interest in seeing the site continues.
