CelestialDear Celestial,Please be informed of the provisions of Section 18 of Republic Act 10870, otherwise known as “Philippine Credit Card Industry Regulation Law,” which reads:“SEC. – A credit card issuer shall give cardholders up to thirty (30) calendar days from statement date to report any error or discrepancy in their billing statement. The credit card issuer shall take action within ten (10) business days from receipt of such notice.”A credit cardholder has 30 calendar days within which to report to the credit card issuer any error or discrepancy in his/her billing statement.
