According to the Tema based rapper who is a passionate football fan, he grew up watching talented players whose football artistry did not see the light of day because the system was so difficult to penetrate. Speaking on the Celebrity Ride with Zion Felix, Kwesi Arthur called on football authorities to build facilities and avenues to help players reach the apex of their career. “They should create more avenues for footballers or people with talents to get to the highest level because I know many people who have been playing football since the time we were kids and now most of them have to resort to going to look for jobs and money and stuff,” Kwesi Arthur said. “I have put football on hold for now, I use to play for Ajax but we often lost by 6 goals and sometimes 9 goal margins,” Kwesi Arthur said humorously.
