Acting Sergeant Terry Wood said it appeared the car was over the centre line when the vehicles collided, RNZ reports. "The bus has ended up - due to size - more or less on top of the car... traumatic thing for [the bus passengers] to watch, but no injuries to them." "The Special Crash Unit has taken control of the site and we will work closely with them on this matter."
