Heavy traffic is building on SH1 into Wellington after a crash near Porirua. The New Zealand Transport Agency reported the crash blocked a southbound lane on Friday morning, just before 7am at the Whitford Brown interchange. It has caused "significant delays" and a detour has been put in place. UPDATE 7:05AMThis crash is causing significant congestion in the area.
