RCMP said a portion of Highway 1 near the crash site is partially blocked and the westbound traffic has been reduced to one lane. RCMP are investigating a crash between a semi-truck and a car on Highway 1 early Sunday morning. Police said it happened about two kilometres west of Balgonie, Sask., on Highway 1. White Butte RCMP were called to the scene at about 4:30 a.m. CST. The crash is still under investigation.
