The multivehicle crash blocked two northbound lanes of I-95 at U.S. Route 1, the Metropolitan Area Transportation Operations Coordination program tweeted. The backup on the main lanes stretched for about 5.5 miles, but express lanes were open, MATOC said. 2 left lanes open.
