Tech4Dev, a non-profit social enterprise, has said it was seeking to equip 3,000 women with tech skills during the next cohort of its Women Techsters Fellowship. It stated that the fellowship comprised six months of instructor-led intensive training and a six-month internship and enrollment into a mentorship programme to equip women with skills to build tech careers and tech-enabled businesses. “Incorporating data and learnings from previous years as we prepared for the Women Techsters Fellowship Class of 2024. “We are honoured to announce that applications for the Women Techsters fellowship class of 2024, which commences in September, are live. The class of 2024 will admit a total of 3,000 women and girls into the programme from 22 African countries.
