In August 2020, Isaac Alarcon landed with the Dallas Cowboys as the team’s International Pathway Program addition after impressing scouts, and the Cowboys were the club willing to invest in a nontraditional international development bet. I wanted this to be known, so you don’t think this is some random idea that the Dallas Cowboys have never done.
