Chan said on a radio program today that the recent coronavirus infections with unknown source is an alarming signal for Hong Kong. She said it is understandable that citizens might want to relax for a bit amid holidays, but she urged citizens must be self-disciplined not to violate the social distancing measures. “We also noticed there are bars that are not in line with the latest social distancing measures, we will step up our inspections along with other law enforcement to make sure they are following the rules to prevent the spread of the virus,” Chan added.
