Share:ISLAMABAD - The country recorded the Covid-19 positivity rate over 3 percent for the third consecutive day on Tuesday as it reported 1467 fresh cases. As many as 43,540 tests were conducted during the last 24 hours, suggesting a positivity rate of 3.33 percent. The country also reported two more deaths from the deadly virus during the last 24 hours, taking the overall death toll to 28,974. The total cases of coronavirus in the country have reached 1,307,174. A day earlier, Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives and National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC) Chief Asad Umar had urged the nation to remain cautious to curtail the spread of coronavirus in the face of a rising positivity rate.
