Rabiul Hossain, a medical technologist at the Patiya Upazila Health Complex, allegedly carried out unauthorized inoculation programs at two educational institutes at the upazila on July 30 and 31. Pataya Upazila Health Sabyasachi Nath said that Rabiul carried out the vaccination campaign in violation of his instructions.
