Meanwhile, the Rawalpindi administration has decided to make the coronavirus treatment network in all three allied hospitals in Rawalpindi operational again. Further, RIUKT and Benazir Bhutto Hospital (BBH) would be converted into dedicated healthcare facilities for the treatment of novel coronavirus. Contrarily, the hospitals' management have declared available facilities in the hospitals including safety kits, staff, and equipment as inadequate and demanded to ensure their procurement at the earliest. Sources said that if the deficiency issue was not resolved, the coronavirus treatment network may get collapsed with the influx of patients.
