The Covid-19 Vaccine Management Taskforce earlier submitted a draft list of vaccine candidates to the Health Ministry, designating which groups or professionals should get priority. According to a member of the taskforce, NID or birth certificate information will have to be provided to complete the online vaccine registration process. However, speaking to Dhaka Tribune, Member Secretary of the Covid-19 Vaccine Management Taskforce, Dr Shamsul Haque said: “This is not the proper time to talk about how the online registration process will be done. Besides, we are thinking of selecting some schools for this as well,” said Dr Shamsul.
